Summary:
Responsible for assisting in the activities and operations of Paragon’s account team as they relate to Paragon’s clients’ marketing
and promotional initiatives; and provides general assistance and support to account management initiatives.

Responsibilties:

  • Facilitate the development and execution of activation strategies, plans and activities; prepare and present reports on
    recommendations and progress as needed; disseminate information to the client and appropriate account management
    team members.
  • Conduct research and construct strategic recommendations(s) in needed areas and/or for new opportunities.
  • Arrange and coordinate travel schedules and reservations.
  • Coordinate and arrange meetings, prepare agendas, reserve and prepare facilities, and record and transcribe meeting
    summaries.
  • Advance, maintain, and nurture positive relations with client(s) across multiple business channels; maintain and nurture
    positive relationships with all clients.
  • Assist Paragon management in the implementation of all Paragon goals and objectives.

  • Exhibit excellent communication, interpersonal, and people skills.
  • Prioritize, organize and manage multiple projects; follow directions and meet deadlines.
  • Respond to new opportunities and adapt quickly to shifting conditions.
  • Possess a bachelor’s degree preferably in the fields of marketing, advertising, sports management or business;
    internship experience in marketing industry preferred.
  • Must be able to travel locally and domestically, have a valid driver’s license, and have the ability to do light physical
    work.
  • Potentially travel internationally (valid passport required).
